We will process your request within 30 days. Your personal details — including your name, email address, phone number, and delivery address — will be removed from your profile and order records. We are required under Australian tax law (Income Tax Assessment Act 1997) to retain anonymised records of financial transactions for 7 years. These records will not contain your name or contact details.
If you change your mind, you can cancel your deletion request by emailing privacy@laundryguys.com.au before your request has been processed.

We use PostHog to understand how visitors use our website. PostHog collects anonymised usage data including pages visited, interactions with booking flows, and general site behaviour. This data helps us improve our website, fix technical issues, and understand which features are working.

RPFTB Trust has entered into a Data Processing Agreement (DPA) with PostHog Inc. under which PostHog is contractually required to handle your data in accordance with applicable privacy law.
Cookies: Our website uses essential cookies to operate the booking flow and maintain your session. PostHog is configured in cookieless mode — no analytics cookies are set. We do not use advertising or tracking cookies.
Opting out: You can disable analytics tracking by enabling “Do Not Track” in your browser settings, or by using a browser extension that blocks analytics scripts (e.g., uBlock Origin). Our site will function normally if you opt out.
Retention: PostHog analytics data is retained for 12 months, after which it is automatically deleted.
