Is pickup and delivery really free?▼

Yes — always. There's no delivery fee, no minimum distance charge, no small print. The price you see is the price you pay.

What exactly is a "load"?▼

One load = up to 10kg of dry laundry. Think one full laundry load — roughly 7 shirts, 5 pairs of pants, and your usual socks and underwear. Not sure if yours is one load or two? Book one and we'll confirm the count when we collect. You only pay for what's there.

When do I pay?▼

After your booking's complete. We send you an invoice once everything's washed, dried, and folded. You pay before we return the delivery — not before we pick it up.

Is there a minimum order?▼

The minimum order is 1 load (up to 10kg, $60 + GST). That's roughly one week of laundry for a busy household.

What if I have more than one load?▼

Just add loads when you book. Two loads, three, four — each one is $60 + GST. We'll confirm the final count on collection.

Do you charge per item or per load for Wash & Fold?▼

Per load (up to 10kg) for Wash, Dry & Fold. Ironing is charged per item (see the ironing table). Mixed orders — WDF plus ironing — are calculated as: loads × $60 + GST + ironing items × per-item rate. Your invoice will break it down clearly.
